ATHENS - After a strong last three weeks on the recruiting trail Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs continue to look for more targets in the 2027 class.

The Dawgs have 17 current commitments and sources say they’re trending for several more. However, they don’t have a single commitment in the secondary. The Georgia staff is still looking for more defensive back targets and this week they extended an offer to one of the best in metro-Atlanta.

That would be Grayson (GA) cornerback, Preston Glasco‍. The 6-foot-3 190-pounder is currently committed to UCONN, but after impressing during a 7-on-7 tournament in Athens this week, Glasco left town with an offer.

DON’T FORGET YOUR FANDUEL BETS!!

According to FanDuel, the Houston Cougars have +2200 odds to win the national championship next year.

“I was excited. Living here in Georgia it’s really every kids dream to be offered by them.”

Now, Glasco will make the short trip back to Athens for his big official visit this weekend. If the Grayson defender gets the green light to jump on board, don’t be surprised if the Georgia native flips to the in-state powerhouse.

Glasco is ranked as the No. 158 cornerback prospect in the country and the No. 162 overall prospect in Georgia.
