Any road win in the SEC is special. Kentucky is next on Tuesday at their place at 9:00. We need to shoot better and value the basketball better too. Bridges did some nice things today. But he made four of the worst passes you will ever see. I was happy to see Kario Oquendo play so well down the stretch. Robert's gave us a good start and Oquendo gave us a good finish. We might need the whole team to play a complete game Tuesday night?

Oquendo not checking out after three halves of scoreless basketball is a big deal. A lot of players would pout. He stepped up and won the game.
This team isn't great, but they're good enough to win some games. The scoring just isn't there, but the defense is, so we can drag teams into the muck with us and win a rock fight.
It feels like Fox-ball at times, but the difference (to me) is that we are generally running decent offense and getting decent shots - we just aren't hitting them. A talent upgrade is required to get us to the next level, but the coaching appears to be there. It's exciting.

We have had TO issues for years, over the span of several different coaches. Some of our TOs are completely unforced. It's amazing to me how we keep doing it game after game. Lexington has always been a tough place for us to play. We are going to need to play pretty error-free to have a chance in all likelihood. Hated to see UK get some life by beating UTk over the weekend.
Did anyone happen to catch the halftime discussion last week between Crean and Seth Greenburg about UK? Greenburg made a point and turned it over to Crean, who went on and on and on. You could see Greenburg wanting to jump in with another point, but Crean wouldn't have it. Diarrhea of the mouth.... It was hilarious....
