ATHENS - Like the previous offseason, Kirby Smart and his staff went heavy on bringing in defensive backs through the transfer portal in order to supplement the transition in the Georgia Bulldogs secondary. 

Only one of those players spent any sort of significant time on the field, Zion Branch.
