It must help, or not hurt, bringing in hoops recruits on a football game day. But I've always wondered. Hoping Coach W can land at least one!

Asa's brother is Jaden Newell, a walk-on from Destin. Those 1st 3 names are some top talent.Dawg44 said:

Gicarri Harris is a 6'4" combo guard with a lot of SEC and other offers who plays for the Celtics. Apparently, Purdue is really after him. He would fit well with what White likes.
Harris is a tall, long and extremely tough and physical guard who's a very good three-point shooter he made four threes and was fouled on another during a high-level game Friday against Indiana Elite, scoring 21 points in a narrow loss and a particularly willing, shall we say, defender.
"I love playing defense," Harris said. "I love getting stops. I don't want anybody scoring on me."
