Don't know anything about him other than what is in the article. Doesn't appear to have GA connections, but he certainly does have them in the South - TX, LA, etc.

Maybe I am reading too much into this but by not hiring the coach of the Big we were recruiting this tells me either (1) we not getting the Big, or (2) Crean is thinking longer term, as in he didn't hire with a short term "survival" view but a long term "I'll show those *******s" view. Good for him. Git'r'dun.
