I think they changed the rule about players hiring attorneys. I think they can now do it and still retain their eligibility.

Horne was allowed to float around the perimeter too much. We had nothing in the post.

Yes, as long as the NBA- and NCAA-certified agent only provides the player w/ limited expenses such as meals and transportation. The agent must then sever the contract if the player returns to college.
