Not surprised with the top 3, a little surprised TX and Cal are not higher, even though I now their population is so high. But Maryland/DC and South Carolina being so high really is surprising and even Tenn is pretty high.

Certainly UGA and LSU should have a big advantage due to very little in state competition for recruits. Obviously GA has programs from all over dipping in here, but still we have an advantage that is not found in Florida.
