Here’s what several NFL coaches and general managers had to say about the Bulldogs they selected this year...
Brad Holmes (executive vice president and general manager of the Detroit Lions) on Dan Jackson
“I’ve been to a lot of Georgia practices and Dan has been around the program a lot. It’s unlike anything that I’ve seen as far as intensity at a college practice. The intensity and physicality, the detail, the tempo, the whole thing. The energy. When you an go through that regime and practice like that, you know they’re ready.”

Ravens coach John Harbaugh on Malaki Starks:
“He’s a very versatile player. He covers people man to man. He comes up to tackle people. He plays nickel/zone which can be a little tricky. He’s got range. He showed ball skills. He has the mentality and football character. He can’t wait to hit the grass.”
Falcons coach Raheem Morris on Jalon Walker:
“His makeup is unique. as it relates to all the things he can do, places he can rush from. There’s not a whole lot he can’t do. If you meet the kid in person, you fall in love with him.”
Falcons defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich on Jalon Walker:
“I want Jalon to have the opportunity to master playing on the edge because I think there’s something there that’s really special.”
49ers general manager John Lynch on Myel Williams:
“We felt his maturity. We felt his presence. Very comfortable in his own skin.”
Jets general manager Darn Mouthy on Arian Smith:
“He has elite speed and adds an explosive element. When you have a piece like that on offense it allows you to do more. Whether you’re taking the top off a defense or getting him on sweeps, he brings elite speed.
Jets head coach Aaron Glen on Arian Smith:
“He’s very self aware. He knows he has to get better with the drop. I’ve lived through this with Jameson Williams. Everyone’s talking about his drops. We worked on it tirelessly in practice and I see Arian doing the same thing
