ATHENS - After a giant month of January on the recruiting trail, the Georgia Bulldogs continue to add new prospects to their recruiting board.

Which out-of-state prospects recently earned an offer from Georgia? Let’s take a look...

2026 OL Joel Ervin - Fort Myers (FL)

A fast-rising interior offensive lineman form Florida who stands at 6-foot-6 280-pounds, Ervin earned an offer from Georgia back on January 29th and broke down that offer with Dawg Post.

“It was unreal to get that Georgia offer”, Ervin told Dawg Post. “Just getting offer from UGA is a blessing and a dream come true. It was definitely a huge offer that I was working for!”

2026 WR Dylan Cope- Hewitt-Trussville (AL)

A playmaking wideout with plenty of size and dependable hands, Cope is an Alabama native at 6-foot-3 190-pounds who earned an offer from the Dawgs on January 29th. As a junior last fall for a strong Hewitt-Trussville program, Cope hauled in 40 passes for 504 yards and five touchdowns. He plans to be in Athens for an unofficial visit on March 29th and plans to take an official visit at some point down the road.

“When I received the great news that I was offered by Georgia I was extremely excited”, Cope told Dawg Post. “My mom, dad and sister all yelled at the great news. I know a little about the University. When I think of a Dawg I think of a hard-working, well-disciplined football player.”

DON’T FORGET YOUR FANDUEL BETS!!

According to FanDuel, Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts has +350 odds to win Super Bowl MVP this weekend against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Landon Barnes - EDGE- Duncanville (TX)

One of the hottest EDGE defenders in Texas right now, Barnes is a playmaking defender who was one of the more productive defensive linemen on a loaded Duncanville team last fall. The impressive 6-foot-4 240-pounder made 43 tackles as a junior last fall with 12.5 TFLs and four sacks.

“It was an amazing feeling. Georgia is a big deal for me because they are some Dawgs like me. The Georgia program is known for producing great defensive players for the next level. I can’t wait to go check out the football program in person in March.”

2027 OT Jimmy Kalis - Central Catholic (PA)

An impressive young sophomore from Pennsylvania who earned a Georgia offer back on January 30th after an on-campus workout, Kalis is a versatile lineman with a lean 6-foot-6 280-pound frame who will likely see more offers come his way over time. He’s one of the top OL prospects in the area for his class and now he holds an offer from the Bulldogs.

“I was super excited when Kirby Smart offered me”, Kalis told Dawg Post. “It feels great that a coach like Coach Smart believes in me, knowing the people he’s put in the league. I know Georgia produces dominant and talented offensive linemen.”
