Five UGA Football Players Named 2024 AP All-Americans

ATHENS - UGA Football landed five players on the 2024 AP All-American football team.
Not a single player from Kirby Smart‘s squad was named to the first team this season, but three made the second team and two made the third team.
Offensive guard Dylan Fairchild, punter Brett Thorson and safety Malaki Starks were named to the second team. Offensive lineman Tate Ratledge and linebacker Jalon Walker made the third team.
Starks and Ratledge are now two time AP All-American selections. Starks made first-team in 2023 and Ratledge made second-team.
