ATHENS - It didn’t take long for new Georgia Bulldog receivers coach James Coley to start looking for new targets in the 2025 class.

That’s because Coley knows what’s expected of him. The former Bulldog offensive coordinator is back in Athens and already extending new offers.

One receiver who earned an offer from Coley and the Dawgs is three-star Eugene Hilton‍. The 5-foot-10 170-pounder out of Zionsville (IN) may not be highly ranked at the moment, but he does hold other offers from Kansas, Cincinnati, Michigan State, and Indiana, among others. His stock is on the rise, and now that Georgia’s offered, look for other big programs to do the same.

The Indiana native caught 46 passes last year for 836 yards and 10 touchdowns last fall. As a prospect, Hilton is one of the fastest and most explosive receivers in the state. He shows big-play ability with enough speed to outrun defenders. He’s also a weapon on special teams in the return game. He’s a pass-catcher to keep an eye on moving forward in the 2025 class.

Another three-star receiver who earned a Bulldog offer from Coley was Virginia native, Matthew Outten‍. A bigger receiver at 6-foot-1 and 205-pounds, this I.C Norcom standout from Portsmouth is ranked as the No. 41 overall athlete in the country for the 2025 class. Don’t let his ranking fool you, though. James Coley has already offered, and if you turn on his junior film, it’s easy to see why.

Like Hilton, Outten is a major weapon both as a receiver and in the return game. He runs extremely well for his size with breakaway speed when he has room to run. He’s a long strider who picks up yards in a hurry. An easy down-field weapon, Outten is an under-the-radar prospect on the rise who could see his recruitment take off now that he holds an offer from the Dawgs. He’s a sure-handed receiver who can break tackles and brings deceptive speed.

Outten also holds offers from Tennessee, Penn State, Maryland, Syracuse, among others.

Then there’s four-star, Jayvan Boggs‍. A current Ohio State commitment, this electric 5-foot-11 190-pounder from Cocoa (FL) is coming off an incredibly productive junior season where he caught 93 passes for 1,500 yards and 24 touchdowns, all being school records.

A vertical threat who can also make big plays in the screen and short passing game, Boggs is a dangerous weapon anytime he has the ball. He’s outstanding after the catch and shows strong, reliable ball skills. He was a go-to option through the air last season and still has his best football ahead of him. He’s one of the top receivers in Florida, and now he holds an offer from the Georgia Bulldogs.

Boggs is ranked as the No. 26 WR prospect and the No. 206 overall prospect in the 2025 class.
