I'm bringing my wife and 2 kids (ages 5 and 2) to the game on Wednesday. We have tickets in the upper section. My question is if the attendance is slim, do they let you move down to empty seats down low as the game goes on? Or do you have to stay in your own seats?

I'm thinking the kids might enjoy it more if we were closer to the court. Thanks for any responses.

In recent years, there has never been a problem with people moving down I think about 8 minutes into the game. I think that's the time if memory serves.
