When we fire Crean I would do this:
If we hired someone with head coaching experience, I would want them to have been to a final four and multiple sweet sixteens that prove they know what they are doing. They would also need to be a good recruiter and promote the program very well.
If we hired an assistant, I would want someone who loves Georgia and might not ever leave. They would also need to be a great recruiter and promote the program very well.
Either one of these would give us a fighting chance to become a great basketball program if we don't fire them after just a few years.
