Man, those guys are fun to watch. They push the tempo and get the ball up the floor fast, putting the defense on its heels. They space the floor so well, and they can flat fill it up. 62.9% shooting from 2 to lead the country. Also, they play really good fundamental defense - not leaving their feet for silly blocks, staying in front of their man, playing in passing lanes. They won going away over USC with Rispert, their 1st team AA, having a mediocre game.

I hear ya. What it must be like to see that kind of basketball night in and night out.... Gonzaga is one of the most consistent programs in college basketball over the last 20-30 years.

This is one year I would not have bet the field against the favorite. The Zags are tough!

On 5 December Baylor and Gonzaga were supposed to play each other in Indianapolis, but the game was cancelled after a Zags player and a team traveling party tested COVID-19 positive. Now these teams have an opportunity to once again play in Indianapolis, this time in the NCAA Tournament Championship Game on Monday if they win their Final Four games on Saturday.

I'm pretty surprised that Michigan lost to UCLA. I thought Michigan would give Baylor all it could handle. Not sure UCLA can. Houston v. Gonzaga really shouldn't be a game, but Houston is athletic. Only if the Zags get in foul trouble, get gassed or have an uncommonly bad shooting night would it be possible to beat them.
