He supposedly is retaking a high school course online. Assuming he passes it he could enroll for UGA 2018 Summer Semester Short Session II classes which begin on 3 July.

According to Cook's mom he's flying to Georgia on Sunday, 1 July and will be on UGA's campus Monday for orientation/advisement/registration.
