ATHENS - We’re in the middle of June and official visitors continue to make their way to Athens, Georgia.
Prospects are coming off the board and the Georgia Bulldogs are hoping to gain some momentum this weekend with several impressive prospects in the 2027 class.
Here’s a list of prospects who plan on being in town this weekend for a big official visit.
4-star QB Colton Nussmeier (commit)
A week after making his commitment to Mike Bobo, Georgia’s four-star quarterback commit will be in town this weekend for his big official visit. Ranked as one of the top quarterbacks in Texas, Nussmeier is a big, accurate passer with quarterback bloodlines. The 6-foot-4 200-pounder at Ryan (TX) is ranked as the No. 17 QB prospect in the country for the 2027 class.
4-star DB Adryan Cole
A long-time Georgia target at Douglas County, Cole is no stranger to Athens and has been high on the Georgia program throughout his recruitment. The Gators are fighting hard for the Atlanta-area safety, but the Dawgs have a chance to win him over this weekend with a commitment coming this summer.
As a junior last season, Cole made 69 tackles, two TFLs, one INT and several more pass-breakups. He’s ranked as the No. 16 safety and the No. 191 overall prospect in the country.

According to FanDuel, the Atlanta Falcons have -270 odds of winning six games next season
4-star DL Kadin Fife
An in-state defensive lineman making his way to Athens this weekend, Fife is a current Tennessee commit out of Summerville (GA) who will take a long look at Georgia this weekend. The big 6-foot-5 290-pounder is one of the state’s top interior defensive line prospects who has been committed to the Vols since late November. As a junior last fall Fife made 31 tackles, 10 TFLs and six sacks. He’s ranked as the No. 37 DL prospect in the country for the 2027 class.
4-star ATH Tae Walden Jr.
A four-star athlete from Collierville (TN), Walden Jr. is a dynamic two-way prospect who has always had Georgia firmly in mix of his recruitment. The two-way standout dominated on both sides of the ball last season, catching 42 passes for 912 yards and 10 touchdowns. However, the Bulldogs are recruiting Walden to play in the secondary. Walden Jr. picked off five passes and broke up 17 more in coverage. He’s currently ranked as the No. 3 prospect in Tennessee and the No. 69 overall prospect. Auburn, Ole Miss, Oregon, among others are all pushing hard for the four-star athlete.
3-star OL/DL Chris Hector
An Atlanta-area lineman who dominates on both lines of scrimmage, Hector is a stout, run-stopping defender in the trenches who will be in town for his official visit this weekend. The Columbia (GA) lineman is naturally strong and moves really well for his size at 6-foot-5 305-pounds. He’s a mean, physical offensive tackle, but his ability to play with good leverage and clog the running lanes has him on Georgia’s radar on defense. Hector is ranked as the No. 119 overall prospect in the state of Georgia.
3-star DB T'ari Miller
A big cornerback with length and potential at 6-foot-4 190-pounds, Miller is a South Florida cornerback who has Georgia in his final group along with Missouri, LSU and Auburn. The sure-tackling cornerback is one to keep an eye on if given the green light to jump on board. Miller plans to make his commitment on June 30th. He’s ranked as the No. 59 CB prospect and the No. 47 prospect in Florida.
3-star DB Rashaad Silver
An in-state defensive back who earned a Bulldog offer about two weeks ago, Reshaad Silver is an impressive Atlanta-area target to know about as he’ll be making an important visit to Athens this weekend.
As a junior last fall for Columbia (GA), Silver made 41 tackles and two forced fumbles to go along with multiple pass-breakups in coverage. Not only can he help on offense as a receiver, but the 6-foot-2 180-pound athlete is also a major weapon on special teams. The Bulldogs do not have a current defensive back on the commit list so Silver is an in-state target to know about moving forward.
