ATHENS - The Georgia Bulldogs continue to dominate in Indianapolis.

Over the weekend we saw several former Bulldogs take part in the annual NFL Combine. Year after year we see different Bulldogs shine in front of NFL coaches and general managers in this setting. This year was no different.

Coming into the combine, Georgia left tackle Monroe Freeling was a consensus first-round talent. Now, Freeling has a chance to be the first offensive tackle selected after an outstanding showing. The former five-star measured in at 6-foot-7 315-pounds while showing natural athleticism during drill work.

Freeling’s 4.93 in the 40-yard dash was tied for 4th among all offensive linemen. His 33.5” vertical jump ranked 5th in his group while 9’07” broad jump was tied for 3rd. Freeling was clearly one of the big winners across the entire combine and has a chance to slide into the top-10 in Aprils’ 2026 NFL Draft.

DON’T FORGET YOUR FANDUEL BETS!!

According to FanDuel, the Seattle Seahawks have +390 odds of winning the NFC Championship next season.

Another Bulldog offensive lineman who improved his draft stock is veteran guard Micah Morris. The big 6-foot-5 335-pounder from Kingsland, Georgia ran a respectable 5.09 in the 40-yard dash while putting up solid numbers in both the vertical and broad jump. Morris started all 13 games during the season and helped his draft stock tremendously over the weekend.

At wide receiver, Zachariah Branch, Dillon Bell and Colbie Young all had strong combine performances over the weekend.

Branch, who caught a record-setting 81 passes for the Bulldogs last season, ran an impressive 4.36 in the 40-yard dash with 20 bench-press reps at 5-foot-9 177-pounds.

As for Young, the big 5-foot-5 218-pounder was terrific in the gauntlet and posted a strong 4.49 in the 40-yard dash.

Dillon Bell ran a 4.50 in the 40-yard dash and had one of the best catches from any receiver during drill work.
