ATHENS - After multi-day unofficial visits to both Eugene and Athens this month, five-star quarterback and major Georgia Bulldog target Jared Curtis has set his commitment date.

On May 5th, the elite gunslinger out of Nashville Christian (TN) will publicly make his commitment to either Georgia or Oregon. The nation’s No. 1 QB prospect is a former Bulldog commitment and the Georgia staff is doing everything they can to get their top target back on the commit list.

The Tennessee native will now take a month and a half to think over his decision. NIL, location, and overall development are the biggest keys his his recruitment according to sources around Curtis and his recruitment.

The Bulldogs have extended offers to several other quarterbacks over the last several weeks, but it’s clear Curtis is still their biggest target. He’s a truly elite prospect with outstanding arm talent, accuracy, size and mobility.

As a junior last fall, Curtis threw for 2,830 yards and 40 touchdowns with just three INTs. He also ran for 637 yards and 18 touchdowns.
