ATHENS - After signing an outstanding haul of wide receivers in the 2025 class, Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs have their eyes on more talented pass-catchers in this current 2026 cycle.
One that has James Coley’s attention is Carrollton (GA) playmaker, Ryan Mosley.
The sure-handed athlete is a big-play receiver who can also turn around and make plays in the secondary. A consistent weapon for a dominant Carrollton team, the 6-foot-2 205-pounder lined up against quality defensive backs all season long in 2024 and made it known that he was among the best of the best.
Mosley holds a Georgia offer and was back in Athens over the weekend for another important visit.
“I got to see more inside the program and they operate, learning more of their vision for me”, Mosley told Dawg Post. “Coach Smart wants me there, he believes in me, and wants to take me to the next level. He told me I remind him of Champ Bailey and I can be the next one like him. Coach Coley definitely wants me on board and coach TRob is wanting me at safety so I gotta stay focused and train to get better on both sides of the ball.”

According to FanDuel, Georgia quarterback Gunner Stockton has +3300 odds to win the 2025 Heisman Trophy next year.
“The Georgia offense is explosive and very fast paced”, Mosley told Dawg Post in October. “I like the passing game and how active the receivers are. Georgia’s special because I’ve always been a fan since a little boy and to now be able to play for them is amazing. It’s a dream come true to be apart of a championship team like that.”
Source say the Bulldogs sit in an excellent position to land the in-state athlete at this time.
Mosley hauled in 55 passes last season as a junior for 848 yards and 12 touchdowns, leading the Trojans all the way to the 6A state championship game. He’s ranked as the No. 17 ATH and the No. 240 overall prospect in the country for the 2026 class.
