ATHENS - Kirby Smart and UGA Football are taking the weekend off, but not on the recruiting trail.
3-star Marietta LB Anthony Kruah flipped his commitment from North Carolina to Georgia Saturday morning. The Bulldogs have been hard after Kruah since the summer according to Dawg Post insider Matt DeBary.

“As a prospect, his versatility stands out immediately,” DeBary said. “He can play in the middle of the field as an inside backer or play on the EDGE and attack the quarterback against the pass. He’s smart, instinctive, and brings a max-effort style of play that allows him to run down the ball carrier. He’s lived in the backfield this year and brings plenty of muscle to his frame. He’s a fundamentally sound tackler who can also make plays in coverage. He shows quick, violent hands when shedding blocks and knows how to deliver a bruise when delivering a sound, physical tackle.”
Kruah has been productive this season for the Blue Devils. He’s made 42 with 14 of them being tackles for loss. Seven of those have been sacks.
