Roquan Smith, Other UGA Bulldogs Go Off In Week Six Of The NFL

ATHENS – Former Georgia Bulldogs have continued to impress in the National Football League through week six of the regular season. Bills’ defensive end Leonard Floyd had another strong showing in the team’s Sunday Night Football win against the Giants, upping his sack total to six and a half, the sixth-most in the league.

 

Bills 14, Giants 9

James Cook, RB – Played 49 percent of snaps for the Bills offense, carrying the ball 14 times for 71 yards in the win. 

Leonard Floyd, DE – Started at defensive end for Buffalo, posting two tackles, one sack, one tackle for loss, and two quarterback hits. With his sack on Sunday night, Floyd now has three sacks in his last four games for a total of six and a half – the most he has recorded in the first six games of a season in his career.

Andrew Thomas, OT – Inactive for the Giants due to a hamstring injury. 

Lawrence Cager, TE – Played six snaps for New York, recording no statistics. 

 

With Floyd leading the way on defense, the Buffalo Bills have +500 odds to win the Super Bowl this season according to FanDuel.

 

Chiefs 19, Broncos 8 

Malik Herring, DE – Played 38 percent of snaps for the Chiefs, recording two tackles, half a sack, one tackle for loss, and one quarterback hit. 

  

Ravens 24, Titans 16 

Ben Cleveland, OG – Served in a reserve offensive line role for the Ravens, playing one snap. 

Roquan Smith, ILB – Started at linebacker for Baltimore, playing 100 percent of their defensive snaps while recording nine total tackles. With his nine tackles on Sunday, Smith currently ranks fourth in the NFL in tackles with 63. 

Monty Rice, ILB – Served in a reserve linebacker role for the Titans while playing special teams, recording one tackle. 

 

Commanders 24, Falcons 16

Lorenzo Carter, OLB – Was utilized in a backup role for Washington, recording one tackle and a quarterback hurry across 25 total snaps in the team’s win.

John Fitzpatrick, TE – Was listed as not active for the Commanders.

Travon Walker, DE – Started at defensive end for Jacksonville, posting four tackles, half a sack, and two quarterback hits. 

Tyson Campbell, CB – Recorded three tackles for the Jaguars defense in the win 

Isaiah McKenzie, WR – Played four snaps for the Colts offense, reeling in two passes for 23 yards.

David Andrews, OC – Started at center for the Patriots as they gained 259 yards on offense. 

Zamir White, RB – Served in a reserve running back role for the Raiders, carrying the ball two time for two yards to go along with two catches for seven yards in the win. 

John Jenkins, DT – Played 47 percent of snaps for Las Vegas, recording three tackles, one sack, one tackle for loss and one quarterback hit. His sack on Sunday was his first of the season and first with the Raiders.

Lions 20, Buccaneers 6 

Jake Camarda, P – Punted six times for the Buccaneers in their week six loss, totaling 325 yards for an average of 54.2 yards per punt. The two-time NFC Special Teams Player of the Week had three punts inside the 20-yard line and a long of 66.

Matthew Stafford, QB – Completed 15 passes on 24 attempts for 226 yards and a touchdown in Los Angeles’ win. Stafford is currently third in the league in passing yards this season with 1,677 for an average of 279.5 yards per game.

Derion Kendrick, CB – Started at cornerback for the Rams, accumulating two tackles while playing in 89 percent of the team’s defensive snaps.

Warren McClendon Jr., OT – Saw action as a reserve tackle in six special teams plays for the Rams.

Jonathan Ledbetter, DE – Started at defensive end for Arizona where he garnered four total tackles in the team’s loss.
