ATHENS - After two glorified scrimmages that encapsulated UGA Football’s first two opponents, the Dawgs get their first real chance to play a somewhat meaningful game.

Whether South Carolina provides more resistance or not is immaterial. This is a conference game against a team that is a step or two above, talent-wise, from Georgia’s previous victims. Dawg Nation is still restless, however.
