I got a lot to say today, so I'm just going to jump straight in.

We'll start with the headline that brought you here: Yes, J.R. Reed was not out on the field in the time we were out there. Does that mean he's hurt? Not necessarily. Players come out late to practice sometimes. Maybe he was using the restroom or maybe he was getting taped up in the training room. It's hard to say. All I can say is that he was not out there during the media viewing periods.
