ATHENS - To nobody’s surprise, the Georgia Bulldog rookies are turning heads left and right in the NFL.

Kirby Smart’s program produced an NFL-record 15 selections in April’s draft that included five defenders in the 1st-round.

As expected, the national champions are flashing consistently so far for their respected teams and making plenty of noise around the league.

One Twitter account labeled “NFL Rookie Watch”, run by “independent analyst”, Bradon Deacon, has made several tweets indicating that multiple Bulldog rookies are transitioning quite well in the NFL.

One of Georgia’s top defenders from last year’s national championship team, 2021 Collegiate Butkus Award Winner, Nakobe Dean, is listed as a second string LB on the Eagles first unofficial depth chart

Georgia Bulldog legend Jordan Davis, a 1st-round pick to the Philadelphia Eagles, is always having some of his reps in practice go viral. He’s also been listed as a second string DT on the Eagles first unofficial depth chart. Davis won the 2021 Outland Trophy and the 2021 Chuck Bednarik Award last season as a senior, leading the Bulldogs to the 2021 national championship.

With Davis on board, the Philadelphia Eagles have +2500 odds to win the Super Bowl for the upcoming season according to FanDuel.
