5-Star QB Gunner Stockton Narrows Lists to Two

He’s one of the top quarterbacks in the country, and he’s down to South Carolina and UGA. 5-star Rabun County QB Gunner Stockton said Thursday that he has narrowed his list. Stockton is in the 2022 recruiting class.

“Want to thank my family, my teammates, my coaches and every school that has recruited me for the last two years. With that being said I am down to my final two schools, so I can focus on my junior season at Rabun County. Please no interviews at this time. Thank you and God Bless!” he tweeted.

Insiders think the Gamecocks are the leader right now, but admit that there’s a long way to go in the 2022 recruiting cycle. Most critically, they add that the future of Will Mushchamp and Mike Bobo at Carolina is the thing to watch in the future.
