We have the potential to return a very, very solid nucleus of a team for 25-26.

I think I read we were the second youngest team in the SEC.

We have three touted and solid high school signees.

We will lose Leflew and Lawrence to graduation. Probably Newell to the NBA draft, but we can hold out hope there.

Without any portal departures I think that leaves us room for just one portal addition.

I suspect we will have guys enter the portal. Any rumors?

What does everyone think about James? Was there progress from year one to year 2? He didn't seem to contribute in the way he was consistently in the latter quarter of last year. Perhaps the supporting cast was better so he operated even more past first.

Is Montgomery up for the SEC? He played well during non-conference and then really struggled throughout SEC play.

It is rumored that Arkansas is coming hard after Somto.
NC State is coming after Silas.

Teddy both would seem to be lateral moves at best notwithstanding any gross NIL disparity.

Even if that was true, I'd think the Dawgs would match whatever those programs had to offer.

We are definitely not winning the transfer portal so far.

I'm a bit concerned that with the addition of Wilkinson from portal/Cal, we now have exactly two guards on the roster - Cain and Wilkinson. White better be shaking the bushes for PG and shooters. Like, 3-4 more.

I understand the Montgomery and Drezgic departures may have been facilitated, but it makes the Silas departure curiouser and curiouser . . . .

It would be nice to land the Guard from Wofford, plus these guys as well…

Let's not forget redshirt Jordyn Kee. Could be a good guard off the bench.

This one is an enigma to me. Has a high shooting percentage but not big stats. And this is a big step up in competition late in his college career. Having to believe this is viewed as a depth piece.

Yes if you look at Leffew and Montgomery, both of their productivity seemed to drop when they went against stronger competition.

Are we moving slow in the portal compared to other schools? What's our pace?

Are any of our incoming freshmen ready to make an impact come season? Or are they all more raw talent that need to be developed?

A lot of Dawgs seem to think we are in a good spot for Reid. We came close the first time so let's close the deal this time.

Definitely trending "time to prove it" with a number of players who will have to step up bigly.
