For some reason, that was where he always wanted to go. Big loss for us. Hope he comes to regret it. Sure won't help him in state after his career is over.
Unfortunately for us, Boogie Ellis committed to UNC. That's who USC wanted and who was expected to go there. As soon as he was off USC's board, they went to their fall back, Sturdivant.
How hard the staff goes after another PG may give us a clue as to what Tye & Ignas have looked like playing the position in workouts and practice.
He would have been a good addition.
