How I became a UGA basketball fan I'd love to hear your story! It doesn't have to be basketball either it can be football if you want too share!

Grew up in Athens. Pops was a UK grad and Professor at UGA. Went to games back then mostly to watch UK when they came to town and the other teams lol Been going since Guthrie was the coach. Seen it all as a fan over the years. UGA should have been, and should be, way better than it is. But I am of the growing depression that it is just not going to happen. .

Pops had Nique and Bernadette Locke in his classes, so I got to see Nique play a bunch. That probably started my fandom. I was there when UGA beat Va Tech in the NIT - I think the first post -season win ever for UGA basketball. I recall Nique had at least one monster break away dunk,
