A&M had just as many transfers as we did and rebuilt their team in one offseason. Va Tech has tons of transfers and freshmen playing big minutes. It can be done quickly with the right approach.

Mark Fox hated playing a freshman. That's why he could not sign good players. He did not even try to win.
