Forbes, and McCasland are winning at high enough clips for long enough (6yrs or more) to suggest they might all have staying power here.

Winning percentage is not an end all be all, but perhaps we have been trying to catch a wave on a hot guy, a recognizable name, or find a guy that fits a particular need, and we really just need to hire a guy that has won and won at volume for a good period.

The guys above have winning percentages that meet or exceed the established stars of the coaching profession.

Dutcher may be a tad too old, but Jans, Konkol, McMahon, Richey, and McCasland might have more staying power than I was willing to give them credit for at first glance.

Jaime Dixon is a guy that might work here. He has done better at TCU than I realized.
