#TBT: Sony's parents were Haitian immigrants; they worked at American Heritage School as a custodian and in the kitchen to pay for their children's private education; as an 8th-grader, Sony rushed for 1,825 yds & 18 TDs on the school's varsity team. In 50 high school games he rushed 820x for 6,659 yds (avg. 8.1 ypc) & 81 TDs despite missing his sophomore year w/ a torn ACL sustained a few days prior to game #1. Overcoming that setback, he became a U.S. Army All-American Football player and a Class of 2014 5* RB prospect.
