Supposed to announce today. I suppose the fact that LG is gone is probably the one thing that's keeping us in the game here with this kid. This would be a huge victory over Bama taking a 5 star kid out from under them.
Anyway, AFD, you can correct me if I'm wrong here, but just looking over the numbers....not sure this class can match last season's glory, but if we do get Webb and Dean out of LA, who is listed as the #1 inside LB on some sites and manage to get Haselwood back in the fold, this class is gonna start rivaling last years. Get all three of them and we're sure gonna take the top spot again I'd say.

From what I am hearing, Webb to UGA is maybe better than 50-50 (Bama folks are even predicting UGA), he does have a lot of family in GA from what I have read. Dean is actually from Miss, and right now I hear that one is about 50-50 between us and Bama. Who knows about Hasselwood but if we lose a couple WR's, which could happen-we will lose Godwin and Stanley to graduation, he might pick us too.

Last year will be hard to top but this year is going to be VERY close, what might keep us from that number is signing only 24 players. Bama likely has the #1 class because they are going to sign 28. I don't get how they factor in the numbers but if you have 4 less players, I don't see anyway you can beat someone that recruits as well as Bama-so it might be more we have more quality and they have more quantity.
