We have a massive offensive line... Yet, we get 6 or 7 tries to move the ball one foot and cannot achieve this task... What a piss poor effort... Are we that bad... Is it strength and conditioning... Poor play calling... ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I would have liked to have seen backup QB Justin Fields in that goalline situation with Florida's defenders spread out, but Kirby wanted to run inside with Fromm/Holyfield/Swift toting the ball. As it were, two of UGA's best OL (i.e., LT Andrew Thomas and RG Ben Cleveland) were out of the game and Florida's defenders rose to the occasion.

I agree about being shi-----ty right there. maybe the coaches nedded FIELDS to do a run and get the freaking points we were so desperately needing. Why not go on 4th with FIELDS? Boy, the coaches certainly think very poorly on fields not to even let him touch gthe ball during the game. He really must suck big time.

Fields may be very good, and not as good as Fromm.

Spreading them out might have worked better. Their safety was crashing in from the right and slowing down the runner.

But second guessing is easy.

I got a better idea...let's just enjoy a 19 bullwhipping of the gators instead.

Well, when you have 10 against 11, as the QB is essentially out of the play if he hands off, and the TB is out of the play when the QB sneaks it, I believe at some point you maybe TRY to spread the field out and run it-a perfect chance for Fields to come in there with run/pass option, or even just keep Fromm in there and set up a play to throw the ball to a back like Cook/Swift coming out of the backfield. You can't keep trying the same play and getting the same result.

Chaney's play calling to me is very suspect most of the time. I am ready to move on from him-now that I see Enos is only the QB coach over at Bama, I think it is time for Chaney to walk and reunite Enos with Pittman which is the duo Kirby wanted when he was first hired.
