Fwiw, I've been posting on UGA sports message boards (e.g., 'The Dawgvent', 'DawgRun', 'Dawg Treasures', 'DawgPost') since April 1996.

However, in January 2017 I stopped posting on the former 'Dawg Post' free board because of the incessant negativity directed toward UGA players and coaches. By March 2018 it had become a virtual ghost town w/ perhaps 1-2 posts per week.

When Dean Legge contacted me re: plans for launching a new 'Dawg Post' website in August 2017, I promised him that once it stood up I would help him get it off to a good start. Since it went live on 3 April 2018 I've made it my mission to post something informative and/or interesting about the Dawgs every day (and since then I've made 2,586 posts). Moreover, I also invited many longtime UGA message board posters here to help populate the site with quality Dawg fans.

As the board grows I hope it enriches us as UGA fans while remaining civil.
