Well, for the record, SC is going to be the next strongest program in the SEC East. And I get laughed at when I predict this, but they're gonna be just about better than anybody in the West too, except Bama and maybe Auburn. Nobody wants to say it outloud, but they're gonna be tough. Bentley isn't Fromm, but he's battle-hardened, and having ol Deebo back is gonna be dangerous. If they can get a little better on the OL, they're gonna win some games. They may not beat us, but I can see them easily taking down the rest of our East brethren.

It will be interesting to see how Florida and SC shake out this year. Florida is a more talented team (they have more 4 & 5 star players than USC), but the question is can and/or how quickly can Mullen sweep up the dumpster ashes. One big advantage in USCs favor this year is their West opponents - they have a rebuilding A&M at home and Ole Miss away. Meanwhile Florida goes to Miss St then gets LSU at home. But the USC/Fla game is in Gainesville, and that one may decide 2nd in the East. You're right Deebo is the real deal, but he's really about the only read deal player they have on the team. Personally I'd like to see USC beat Fla (and Tenn as well), because Fla will be back at some point.
