In 82 varsity baseball games the past 3 seasons he batted .387 w/ 19 doubles, 1 triple, and 5 HRs. He also stole 38 bases.

Btw, Plumlee attends the same high school that former NFL QB Brett Favre served at as a volunteer offensive coordinator in 2012-'13 (the Warriors won the 6A state championship his last year, their first in program history). While Favre stepped down from the full-time job so that he could have more time to hunt, travel, and watch his daughter play volleyball, etc. he said he would remained involved in the program as time allowed. Perhaps the past few years he's been able to pass along some QB tricks of the trade to Plumlee.

Well, you look at his stats and you think, 'Eh, that's nothing special.' Then you realize that Bama, Auburn, Florida, Notre Dame and practically all of the big programs offered him a scholly, and then you realize, there must be something reeeeeal special about this kid!
