Ok, hear me out here. Myself and some others were making some outrageous, predictions for the season, that couldn't possibly come true, until you consider that Fromm led us to the NC game last season! So, here's what got me laughed clean out of the room....but before you start laughing, consider...

South Carolina could make the playoffs....first, look at their schedule; They don't play Bama, Auburn or LSU from the West. After we beat them in game two, they'll run the table and then end the season at Clemson. That will be tough, but they'll be a 'team of destiny' by then, just like we were last season. They'll beat Clemson and with their only loss coming to us, who will be ranked #1 by then, they'll get the benefit of NOT having to play in the SECCG, like Bama had last season, and they're in the door.
They got a stout D, a solid QB and LOOKOUT.....having ol Deebo back will be huuuuge for this team. They don't have the star power that us, Bama, Clemson and others have. But write it down...everything sets up great for a sneaky dark house team like this. So much so, that I'm more worried about our road game with them than I am the trip to LSU. Ok....let the stoning began and give me your thoughts....

You're right - they will lose to us. They have a few good pieces, and will have a pretty decent team. But that being said, they will also lose to A&M, and they need to prove they can solve the Kentucky riddle (on the road to boot). And make no mistake about it, they're going to get boat-raced at Clemson. At season's end, they're gonna have at least 3, and likely 4 losses, and if Pruitt or Mullen figure things out towards the end of the year, quite possibly more than that.

Red Dawg - Probably true...lol....so who do you see in the playoffs?

I think it will be the usual suspects: Bama & Clemson are near locks. I think both us and the Ohio State/Penn State winner have very good shots. And maybe someone else like Miami, or Notre Dame could sneak in there. I think Okl will take a slight step back this year and we'll still hear a bunch of whining and crying from the Pac-10 missing out (but after Washington loses to Aub in the opener, and Stanford loses to Notre Dame a few weeks later, they won't have much of an argument).

Look out for Michigan.....ol Patterson's probably come out and sling it for about 4000 yards. He'll throw a scare into the Suckeyes and the Spartans for sure. If they ever get it together on D, they'll be a force. But for some reason, ol Harb just can't get things rolling can he?

Yeah, everybody wants to take about how great Harbaugh is, but personally I think he's the most overrated coach in College Football. One of the most overrated ever. With all the resources Michigan has, he's coming into his 4th season and he's yet to win a single game of any real consequence. If he wants to start earning even half of that train load of cash they're paying him, he's going to have to start beating the Notre Dame's, Penn St's and Ohio State's of the world.

Everyone pumping sunshine up Michigan just like always. Funny considering they didn't beat a team with a winning record last year. They will lose 4 or 5 again this year.

Can not stand Ohio State! However, I predict that the Dawgs and Buckeyes will play for the Natty in 2019. Press and media's dream game this year.
