What it was like to become a UGA Football walk-on

This was a nice story. A guy I grew up with (he was a freshman when I was a senior) walked on at UGA. His senior year at UGA he played on all of the special teams and got to be a captain for at least one game (at South Carolina). He tore his acl in high school and tore the same one his senior year at UGA on the onside kick against VT in the Peach Bowl.

ETA- One of the coolest things I've ever heard on a UGA game is hearing Munson call his name for a tackle on a kickoff.

We always cheer for and love the big names, but these walk-ons really sacrifice so much. I wish we could celebrate them more.
