Riley Ridley Leaving UGA Early for NFL Draft

ATHENS - WR Riley Ridley is leaving UGA for the NFL Draft. 

He announced his decision on Twitter Friday afternoon. 

“I am thankful that I chose the University of Georgia,” he said. “I could not imagine another program preparing me for the next step the way this one has. Thank you to Coach Smart, and the entire phenomenal coaching staff for molding me into the athlete I am today. My experience here has been nothing less than absolutely amazing.”

“I am declaring for the NFL Draft,” he continued. “And I’ll forever be a Damned Good Dawg!”

Ridley is the third player to leave the program on Friday, and the second to leave early for the NFL Draft.
