Report: Justin Fields "Intends" to Transfer from UGA

ATHENS - USA Today is reporting that UGA QB Justin Fields “intends” to transfer after the 2018 season.
Citing one source, USA Today said that Fields “has notified Georgia he intends to transfer”.
Georgia representatives didn’t immediately respond to requests on the matter. Dawg Post can not confirm that Fields is transferring at this time.
Fields was at practice on Monday with the Bulldogs.
