ATHENS - UGA Football’s scrimmage Between the Hedges at Sanford Stadium saw a burst on a couple of levels for Kirby Smart’s program.
The Bulldogs’ defense forced what was described as multiple turnovers by insiders; and the day witnessed Gunner Stockton and the UGA offense pushing the ball down the field.
“They really threw it down the field,” said one observer of the scrimmage.
