ATHENS - Georgia’s second non-conference game of the year will be versus Western Kentucky on Saturday, Sept. 12 at 12:45 p.m.  

This matchup on Dooley Field in Sanford Stadium will be on the SEC Network and is the second between the teams in history.

The Bulldogs won their only previous matchup 48-12 on September 2, 2006. During that game, Veteran Joe Tereshinski and true freshman Matthew Stafford both threw touchdown passes. The Bulldogs rushed for over 130 yards with Kregg Lumpkin, Danny Ware, and Thomas Brown all rushing for touchdowns.
