ATHENS - Georgia is without a long-time commit Sunday morning.

Consensus three-star North Murray OL Luke Griffin told his Twitter followers that he is no longer committed to UGA.

“I would like to start off by saying that I am very grateful that the University of Georgia gave me a chance to continue my academic and football career there. After a lot of thought and prayer and long talks with my parents it is the best for me and my family that I de-commit from the University of Georgia and open back up my recruitment,” he said.

The Bulldogs now have seven committed players for the class of 2019. None of those seven are offensive linemen. Georgia is coming off signing its best class in school history, and is considered one of the favorites to sign the top class again in 2019.
