ATHENS - The grumbling from inside UGA’s football program about the distribution of NIL funds is not fiction. There has been static on that front, but it is hard to know how serious that static actually is because none of it has been public in any form. 

But there has been some rumbling about newer players getting money that older players either thought they should get; thought they should have gotten in the past; or felt like wasn’t available to them years ago.
