2026 UGA Football Commit Breaks Down Recent Official Visit
Act now and get three months of Dawg Post for the price of one
ATHENS - The story of Seven Cloud added another chapter over the weekend.
The No. 1 JUCO prospect in the country was committed to Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs in the 2023 class two years ago, and is still on the commit list slated to sign with the Dawgs in the current 2026 cycle.
Other programs tried to get in the mix, but the 6-foot-3 325-pounder closes his recruitment officially on April 15th, solidifying his commitment to the Bulldogs once and for all.
The Butler Community College (KS) lineman was in Athens once again this past weekend for his big official visit and broke it down with Dawg Post.
DON’T FORGET YOUR FANDUEL BETS!!
According to FanDuel, the Dallas Cowboys have +490 odds to win the NFC East next season.
“The whole visit was great but what stood out was how everyone was ONE and it shows why UGA is so great! Everything is done as a family. They stay consistent with their effort and HARD WORK!! The team, the atmosphere, the dedication in it from the whole organization from the GA’s to the GM is the standard. It’s the same for everybody. Nothing changes for anyone.”
In 2024, Cloud made 48 tackles and 5.5 sacks while forcing two fumbles. He brings good size, impressive mobility, active hands, and the ability to shed blocks and attack the quarterback. He was a promising defensive linemen at McEachern (GA) during high school and has turned into the No. 1 overall JUCO prospect in the country. The Bulldogs have always believed in his talent and have stuck with him throughout his time at Butler. Look for Cloud to get to Georgia ready to compete and get after it the minute he gets to campus down the road.
Cloud is one of 12 current commitments for the Bulldogs in the 2026 class and one of two defensive line commitments.
