ATHENS - The wait is finally over for quarterback Teddy Jarrard.
One of the more natural passers across the country in the 2027 class, Jarrard has finally earned an offer from Mike Bobo and the Georgia Bulldogs after a weekend visit to Athens.
Jarrard has seen his recruitment take off this spring and is coming off a giant sophomore season for North Cobb Christian last fall. He’s got plenty of size, above-average athleticism, and one of the best arms you’ll find across the South. His stock is soaring, and he’s been patiently waiting for the Georgia offer for some time now.
And now he has it.
Jarrard spoke with Dawg Post to break down his weekend visit to Georgia and his thoughts on the offer.

According to FanDuel, the Oklahoma City Thunder have -185 odds to win the NBA Finals this summer.
“The visit was a great bonding time and a good time for me to build better relationships with the coaches,” Jarrard told Dawg Post. “Coach Smart as well as Coach Bobo made it clear to me that when they give out an offer they believe they can play football at the University of Georgia. Coach Bobo has seen me throw multiple times throughout the years and I have built a good relationship with him during that time.”
The Bulldogs have already offered in-state quarterback Jayce Johnson (Lowndes) and Kharim Hughley (Gainesville), but Jarrard might be the best of the bunch. He even earned an offer from the Ohio State Buckeyes last weekend in addition to his big offer from Georgia.
At 6-foot-3 and around 200-pounds, Jarrard is a multi-sport standout who has played baseball at a high level throughout his childhood. He’s a good athlete, but his arm talent is what has made him one of the hottest quarterback prospects in the 2026 class.
As a sophomore last season, Jarrard threw for 2,647 yards and 31 touchdowns. He throws a catchable ball down the field and can put some zip on it as well. He’s a leader, throws with confidence, and understands the position. He doesn’t put the ball in harms way and has the ability to make all the throws necessary to light up the stat sheet for North Cobb in 2025. He’s expected to have a monster junior season and could easily see his ranking rise more and more over time.
Jarrard is currently ranked as the No. 16 QB prospect and the No. 199 overall prospect in the country for the 2027 class.
