Two UGA Football players didn’t participate in drills at the NFL Combine on Friday - two other posted impressive runs in the 40-yard dash.
Kamari Lassiter and Brock Bowers both decided to not to test at the Combine on Friday - making their showings at UGA Football’s Pro Day in on March 13 as the only public workout they will have before the Draft later this spring.
Bowers did check in at 6-3, 243 pounds. Lassiter was slightly under 6-feet tall at 5-11.5, 186 pounds.
Meanwhile, Tykee Smith (4.46) and Javon Bullard (4.47) ran good numbers in their respective 40-yard dashes. Lassiter participated in positional drills. Bullard told reporters on Thursday that he expected to sprint well on Friday.
“I think a lot of people will be surprised with what I run,” Bullard told the room.
On Saturday four of UGA Football’s other skill players - Ladd McConkey, Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint, Kendall Milton and Daijun Edwards - will have the ability to test and go through drills in Indianapolis. Zion Logue went on Thursday at the Combine.
