ATHENS - Unlike last offseason, Kirby Smart is not looking to replace a quarterback who turned out a legendary career with UGA football. 

Carson Beck held off Brock Vandagriff for the starting job in 2023 and has not looked back since. After a very productive season as Georgia’s signal caller, Beck decided to forego the NFL Draft to return for his fifth year in Athens.
