ATHENS - It appears Kirby Smart has said the quiet part out loud about the quarterback position at Georgia.

While Smart still hasn’t announced a starter, the Bulldog head coach told ESPN on Tuesday that last year’s backup, Carson Beck, is the current leader in the quarterback race.
