Carter was devastating in high school at Apopka - playing offense, defense and serving as the team’s punter (and he was a very good punter for the record). Carter played great in big moments, but it was the Vols he got the best of more often than anyone else.
Carter was a monster against the Vols ending his career with 9 tackles, 4 QB hurries, 2 tackles for a loss, one sack, two forced fumbles and a touchdown reception.
